Firm Background

Radwan, Brown, & Company, PSC is a Kentucky-based accounting and business consulting firm, whose origins date back to more than twenty years ago. Nelson Radwan, PSC was founded in 1979 and SK Brown & Associates was founded in 1984. In 1987, the two firms merged into what is now known as Radwan, Brown & Company.

Our team at Radwan, Brown & Company, PSC has more than one hundred combined years of national, regional and local experience, consisting of a wide range of services. Through substantial continuing education requirements approved annually by the Kentucky State Board of Accountancy, our CPAs are able to learn the latest in tax, accounting and business trends that affect our clients. Our CPAs are members in good standing with the Kentucky Society of CPAs (KSCPA) and the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA).  Our firm also participates in the AICPA's peer review program in order to ensure our team continues to maintain a very high standard of service to our clients (a copy of our firm's peer review report is available at your request).
